This year is my 1st semester for my master. My project that i need to do is:
1. Germinating brown rice
Ive been scroll down all the possible method that I thinks the best for my objective ( high Resistant starch)
Finally I found the best 1 that is using plastic basket and moist gauze.
Still the problems occur that:
a. max germinating is 2 days if more than that the rice will contaminated with mould
b. i ozonized the soaking water for eliminating infection and also to promote extra oxygen to the seed but still I didn't see the relation between that. So far, no paper had written of what I'm doing. its good you know but its hard for me to do comparison or for references.
